Using databases with Herd

Herd ships with PHP support for all major databases. This includes MySQL, Redis and SQLite.

You can either download your database of choice from its vendor, use a free tool like DBngin for managing MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis or upgrade to Herd Pro to manage these services with a few clicks – alongside with many additional Pro features.
